Vata dosha is composed of the elements air and space and has qualities similar to these elements. Cotton wool is very similar to the wind – light, cool, dry and mobile. People with such a constitution also have many of these qualities. Their bodies are light and slender, they move and talk fast.

These qualities are also noticeable in their personal characteristics – they are talkative, enthusiastic, creative, flexible and energetic. Vata is responsible for the nervous system, energy level, mind, sleep.

When out of balance, these people lose weight, weaken their immunity and nervous system, focus and make decisions, have trouble sleeping. This is noticed when they are under stress, then they are overwhelmed by cold emotions such as anxiety, worry, tension. , fears and depression.

Pita is composed of the elements fire and water, with fire dominating. The pie is hot, sharp and insightful, and somehow changeable. They feel warm in their body and have somewhat oily skin, penetrating eyes and sharp features. They often have moderate weight and good muscles.

When out of balance, heartburn, allergies, blood problems and anger can occur. Pita dosha is responsible for digestion, metabolism, intellect and emotions.

They are very focused, ambitious, capable, brave, energetic and clear in communication, express themselves accurately. They can be wonderful friends and fearful enemies. In Kafa dosha the elements water and earth dominate. Just like these elements, Kapha is cool, moist, stable and heavy. In the body, these qualities are manifested as thick, heavy bones, shiny and soft skin, slow metabolism and a large, healthy figure.

Coffee represents the structure of the body. People who have Kapha dosha are often cold. When balanced Kapha gives strength, vitality and good immunity. When out of balance, people with a dominant Kapha dosha become lazy, can gain weight, and have little energy.

The elements water and earth are also reflected in the personality of people with Kafa dosha They are stable and not prone to many changes. They cope well with stress or don’t even notice it. They are generally conservative and prefer to keep things as they are.
