Muladhar is first chakra from seven charka. Muladhar is connected with physical form of body. Desire is subject of first chakra. All kind of natural urges of body are influence by muladhar chakra. Desire for food, water and any kind of desire that is center around physical body is under influence of muladhar. All kind of diet that gives nourishment to physical body is good to nourish muladhar. Food that are with high nutritional value are good for strengthen muladhar chakara.
In general food without strong smell and intense taste is good for muladhar. for example all kind of bread, vegetables, and meat products influences muladhar. According to imbalance state one can chose food that balances muladhar. different kind of fasting methods are connected to balance muladhar chakara and to pure and activate muladhar. Meat and alcohol are the food that generates negative influence on muladhar chakara.
Second chakra is swadhishthan chakra. Swadhishthan chakra influences mind and function of mind. All kind of negative and positive emotions are generated under influence of this chakara. Fear, hate, anger and voilance kind of emotions are generated with weakness of swahisthan chakra. To balance the action of this chakra on must have to use all kind of spices in food. The food that has strong smell, taste and action influences the swadhishthan chakra. Spices like cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, saffron,cumin, mustard seeds are responsible to restore the normal function of swadhishthan chakara. balck tea and coffee is not good for swadhishthan chakra.
the Manipur chakra is third one. A brain action become more active and starts to overcome natural urges and mind. Person becomes more selective and with choices. The power of decision is under influences of Manipur chakra. To balance or to keep healthy Manipur chakra, fats are added in diet, all kind of dairy food and oils are balancing food for Manipur. Manipur ask for quality food and quantity of food is significant. with time person reduces quantity of food is to minimum. Food intake becomes more discipline with time. Ghee is considered to be best food that corrects and nourishes Manipur chakra.
Forth chakra is known as anahat. Imagining and dreaming are transforming in to vision and determination under influences of this chakra. Food that stimulate or suppress the nerve are not good for activation of this chakra. garlic, onion, alcohol, all kind of drugs are not good this chkara. honey and ghee are consider best for this chakra as it control nerve function.
First four chakras are connected strongly with physical form of body after that transformation influences in spiritual form of body.
fifth chkara is vishudhi and it is located at throat. Under influence of this chakra the self realization become stronger and desire for material world become insignificant. The diet almost become uniform, there is no need for different kind of food. Body become so sensitive and doesn’t demand for different taste.
the six chakra is Agya chakra and seven chakra is sahasrar. These are higher form of transformation of body and person almost forgets about material aspect of body and can able to realze pure consciousness. The diet part becomes in significant here for life.
In chakra diet- food is also divided in to sattvic food, rajasic food and tamasic diet.
Sattvic or non influencing food. The food that keeps body neutral is known as sattvic.
Rajasic food is the food that creates action momentum while tamaic food the food that makes person negative and heavy.
