I confirm that my condition is better after the Ayurveda treatment. I used to take many supplements before but I don't need them anymore. It is a very different approach than conventional medicine, so it looks strange and is hard to understand for western people. But my conclusion is that it works better and makes more sense than allopathic medicine. The recommendation I have is to improve the quality/variety of meals, quantity was enough but for example some fruits were not ripe when I was there. Another thing would be to write somewhere on your website that the key is ayurveda teaches you to listen better to your body in order to avoid health problems.
