Raita is a dish made from yogurt together with raw or cooked vegetables , more seldom fruits , or in the case of bundi raita ,with fried droplets of batter made from basen.
Main ingredients are :
Yogurt, butter milk, cucumber, mint
Some types of flat bread may be eaten together with raita, chutnies.
The yogurt may be seasoned with coriander, cumin seeds, mint, pepper, chat masala, herbs and spices.

Spring onion Raita – Onion, curd, mint and salt to taste
Bundi Raita – Bundi, Chilli powder, curd, mint, chat masala, salt, and marinate them for a while
Pomegranate Raita – Pomegranate, curd, mint, chat masala, salt
